A seasoned community strategist, she has led nonprofit initiatives to address critical issues like housing, education, and economic development. Gregory II is an Oklahoma native. He is an artist, poet, event host, and business owner. He is the founder of Vizionaries ENT, Poetry and Chill OKC and Poetry and Chill OKC Kids.
Poetry and Chill was just an idea, that eventually turned into reality. Gregory lived in Los Angeles for a couple years, and while there he experienced the poetry scene. Gregory wanted to bring that type of vibe to his hometown, Oklahoma City. From that Poetry and Chill was created on July 29, 2017. Poetry and Chill Kids was created on October 2018 and became a non-profit organization on February 2020.
